After completing a degree in music, I took the leap and went to graduate school for journalism to pursue my other creative passion, writing. I am honored to have the opportunity to tell compelling stories that help my audience learn about and engage with their world. I believe stories are part of what makes us human, and that they truly have the power to change hearts, minds, and the world.

My journalism work has taken me to places I never thought I’d be, from the Washington D.C. region to the remote Adirondacks in New York. I don’t know where it will take me next, but every person I’ve met and every story I’ve had the chance to tell has been a blessing, and I don’t take any of it for granted.
